She had already distinguished herself in the lead role of The Sound of Music, where she was described as “absolutely divine as Maria” (Le Journal de Montréal, 2022).

It was during that production that she was noticed by Gregory Charles, who invited her to join his shows. She went on to become one of the featured artists in 7: From Broadway to Hollywood and Rhapsodies des Fêtes, both of which toured across Quebec, showcasing her ability to move effortlessly between popular and classical styles.

A graduate in classical voice from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, Klara Martel-Laroche has performed as a soloist at the Opéra National de Bordeaux in France, the Meiningen Opera in Germany, as well as on concert tours in China and Slovakia.

In 2024, she took part in the Tribute to Ennio Morricone with the Quebec Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Alexandre Da Costa — a performance praised for its musical sensitivity. That same year, she made her film debut in the Quebec feature Mlle Bottine, portraying a young opera singer.
